Membership questions, answered.
Is it really women-only?
Yes — every member and every hour we're open is women-only. There are no cameras inside the gym, so you can train in complete privacy.
Is it cheaper to pay cash?
Yes — most options are a little cheaper with cash. A session is £5.50 (£5 cash), a month is £28 (£26 cash), and concession rates are £25 (£23 cash). The price in brackets is the cash price.
Can I just try it once first?
Of course — you're very welcome to come and give us a try. A single session is £5.50 (£5 cash), or £10 for a whole week. Just so you know, there's a one-off £5 induction and registration fee on your first visit — you only ever pay it once, and then you're all set.
Do you have an early-morning option?
Yes — the Early Bird membership is £30 a month with a 6am weekday start. Ask at reception and the team will set it up for you.
Are there concession rates?
Yes — ages 13–17, over-50s and off-peak members all pay £25 a month (£23 with cash). Just ask at reception and we'll sort the right rate for you.
