Our Story

Fitness should feel like yours.

Bodytone is a dedicated women-only space in Sparkhill, Birmingham. Our aim is simple: give women somewhere to train that feels comfortable, private and genuinely welcoming — never intimidating.

No cameras. No pressure. Just proper equipment, experienced trainers who learn your name, and a community of women cheering each other on. Whether it's your first week or your fifth year, you belong here.

Women-only, always

Every member and every session is women-only, so you can train in complete comfort and privacy — every day, every hour we're open.

No cameras inside the gym

There are no cameras on the gym floor, so you can focus on your workout with total peace of mind.

Trainers who know your name

Our experienced trainers — Zahra, Ayesha, Jayda, Uzma and Zara Bibi — motivate, support and guide you through effective workouts, one-to-one or in a class.

Recover as well as you train

Finish every session in the sauna or steam room — open weekdays 9am–2pm & 4pm–8pm, and weekends 9:30am–3:30pm — with clean private showers always available.
